Head Baker
Our bakery team work together to produce bread and pastries from scratch, and our success depends on delivering the best customer experience we can. As part of our succession planning (negotiable start date), we are seeking an experienced baker/pastry cook to lead and mentor a team. The position requires a deep understanding of traditional baking methods to continue our strong brand awareness in the wider community. You will help us shape the next chapter of the business and how we deliver the best and freshest products to our customers.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Producing traditional products daily, in the 130-year-old wood fired oven
- Hand molding trademarked products
- Coordinating other bakers to deliver a high standard of product and range
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness

Assistant Baker
We are also looking for an assistant baker to work alongside our head baker and wider team. You'll be part of a collaborative environment focused on producing quality bread and pastries from scratch. As our bakery continues to grow and plan for the future, we're looking for a dedicated assistant baker or pastry cook who is passionate about traditional methods and eager to contribute to something bigger than the bake.
This is a hands on role where you'll support day to day production, refine your skills under experienced mentorship, and help deliver the consistent excellence our community has come to expect.

- Assisting in the daily production of traditional breads and pastries
- Working with a 130-year-old wood-fired oven (training provided)
- Hand molding our unique, trademarked products
- Supporting team coordination and workflow as needed
- Maintaining a clean, organized workspace

Hospitality All-rounder
We currently have an employment opportunity for a suitable candidate to join our team. The position would be well-suited to applicants who can demonstrate the following skills or experience:
- Previous experience in food preparation
- Customer service skills
- Bar experience
- Willingness to do housekeeping if required
- Good personal presentation
- A current driver's license
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (not essential as on-site training is available)
Fortnightly working rosters are flexible, with the Hospitality Award conditions and penalties applicable.
This is a casual position, $25.85/hr plus the casual loading bonus and weekend penalties. Only permanent residents of Australia will be considered for this position.
